J\u2019ai donc commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer mes fromages en d\u00e9gustation \u00e0 certains restaurants, afin d\u2019obtenir l\u2019avis de leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"982\">Une cheffe, particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e9duite par la qualit\u00e9 du fromage, m\u2019a m\u00eame demand\u00e9 de mettre en place un <strong data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"783\">formulaire d\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/strong> \u00e0 distribuer \u00e0 ses clients, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une portion de d\u00e9gustation. L\u2019objectif : \u00e9valuer la <strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"915\">r\u00e9ception du consommateur japonais<\/strong> face \u00e0 un fromage local \u00e9labor\u00e9 selon les traditions fran\u00e7aises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1095\">Au<strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1007\"> 4 Octobre 2026<\/strong>, l\u2019enqu\u00eate comptait d\u00e9j\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1049\">371 r\u00e9ponses<\/strong>, illustr\u00e9es dans les graphiques ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1138\">Les r\u00e9sultats sont tr\u00e8s encourageants :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1285\">\n<li data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1219\">\n<p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1219\"><strong data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1149\">73 %<\/strong> des participants trouvent le fromage <em data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1198\">d\u00e9licieux<\/em> voire <em data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1216\">excellent<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1285\">\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1285\"><strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1230\">68 %<\/strong> d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils le <strong data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1271\">recommanderaient<\/strong> \u00e0 d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis quelques mois, je m\u00e8ne une enqu\u00eate de satisfaction sur le go\u00fbt de mes fromages d\u2019Arita, en collaboration avec plusieurs magasins.N\u2019ayant pas encore l\u2019autorisation de les commercialiser, je les offre gratuitement depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es afin de recueillir des retours pr\u00e9cieux.
