There was a solution: Camemberts imported from France. But this was expensive and financially unacceptable. Camemberts from Japanese supermarkets were inexpensive, but not up to the desired taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea of \u200b\u200bmaking their own cheese was born in this city where the excellence of porcelain is a tradition recognized throughout the country and the world.<br>From the outset, the brief was to create an excellent Japanese cheese that could be appreciated by both novices and cheese lovers, and that would stand out from the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After more than 3 years of research and innovation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u6709\u7530Fromage was born, using the traditional recipe of French Camembert with adaptations to the requirements of the Japanese climate.
