Install\u00e9 depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es au Japon, je cherchais simplement un bon camembert pour ma consommation quotidienne.<br data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"493\" \/>Les camemberts import\u00e9s de France avaient du go\u00fbt, mais leur prix les rendait difficiles \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Quant \u00e0 ceux disponibles dans les supermarch\u00e9s japonais, ils \u00e9taient abordables, certes, mais loin de la qualit\u00e9 gustative que je recherchais.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1038\">C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai eu une id\u00e9e : <strong data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"854\">et si je faisais mon propre fromage, ici, \u00e0 Arita ?<\/strong><br data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"857\" \/>Cette ville est mondialement connue pour l\u2019excellence de sa porcelaine, une tradition artisanale qui m\u2019a inspir\u00e9 \u00e0 poursuivre le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019exigence dans le domaine du fromage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1251\">D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, mon objectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 clair : cr\u00e9er un <strong data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1124\">fromage japonais d\u2019excellence<\/strong>, capable de plaire autant aux curieux qu\u2019aux amateurs avertis, et qui puisse se d\u00e9marquer par sa personnalit\u00e9 et sa qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a03f80 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a03f80\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"125\" data-end=\"441\">Apr\u00e8s plus de <strong data-start=\"139\" data-end=\"185\">trois ann\u00e9es de recherche et d\u2019innovations<\/strong>, le <strong data-start=\"190\" data-end=\"204\">\u6709\u7530 Fromage<\/strong> est enfin n\u00e9.<br data-start=\"218\" data-end=\"221\" \/>Je me suis appuy\u00e9 sur la <strong data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"294\">recette traditionnelle du camembert fran\u00e7ais<\/strong>, tout en l\u2019adaptant aux particularit\u00e9s du <strong data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"356\" data-is-only-node=\"\">climat japonais<\/strong>. Le r\u00e9sultat ?
