My name is David RENÉ, I’m French and I live in Arita, Japan.
It’s been more than three and a half years now that I’ve been trying to start a cheese factory in this city.
The company is not yet created because the premises for the manufacturing haven’t been found yet. But all other aspects are very well advanced. I invite you to follow the different aspects of this adventure and the progress of the project on this website, in the form of articles or dedicated pages.

When the company takes off, this site will become the official commercial website. But for now, it allows me to share all the moments of joy, solitude, and disillusionment involved in creating a business in Japan as a foreigner…
